The Web Site is designed to provide you with information regarding selected health care business and policy topics and related events. The HPP Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use and aggregate personal information about you on the Web Site. HPP respects your personal privacy and is committed to protecting it.

Your IP Address

Request for Information From HPP
The Web Site provides you with the opportunity to request information regarding HPP announcements, or sign up for a free sample issue or bulletins. Submission of Newsletter Subscription and Payment Information to HPP
The Web Site permits you to subscribe and pay on line for HPP newsletters. The HPP subscription form requires you to give us personally identifiable information, which includes your name, title, address, phone, fax and e-mail address (Contact Information). You may also make payment for subscriptions through the Web Site by submitting credit card information (Payment Information). We use your Contact Information from the registration form to send you information about subscription and promotional material regarding related events. You may opt out of receiving such information upon receipt of the subsequent e-mail messages, and/or you may opt out at any time by sending us an e-mail (see the "Opt-Out Procedures" section below). We do not disclose Payment Information to third parties. We do share Contact Information with associations, organizations and publications which sponsor particular HPP activities, and with persons or organizations holding an ownership interest in HPP.

Personal information you provide to us is used to process your subscription, manage your account, deliver the services you request (including communicating with you about your subscription), and to respond to your inquiries and contact you our content and services on the basis of your consent and may be used in a number of ways including subscriptions to HPP publications or announcements, including e-newsletters; and to access certain features or functions of our content. HPP takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data that it processes is: (i) relevant for the purposes for which it is to be used, (ii) reliable for its intended use, and (iii) accurate, complete and current. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings or e-mails from us. To remove your Contact Information from our database, and to cancel future communications, send an e-mail as indicated below with the word "remove" in the subject line.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information and have it corrected, amended or deleted;
  • Receive a copy of your personal data and transit such to others;
